Paddlesport Safety and Rescue 

The aim of this training course is to provide paddlers with key safety and rescue skills required to operate safely and to be able to deal with common problems in sheltered water. 

Candidates Must:
* Hold the paddle explore award/2 star or be of the equivalent ability

*Open to all ages

Inland Open Water Safety and Rescue 

The aim of this training course is to provide paddlers with key safety and rescue skills required to operate safely and to be able to deal with common problems in moderate open water conditions.

Candidates must hold the following:
* The PPA for their chosen craft or be of the equivalent ability

*Open to all Ages

Sea Kayak Safety and Rescue 

The aim of this training course is to provide paddlers with key safety and rescue skills required to operate safely and to be able to deal with common problems on the sea in both sheltered and moderate water conditions. 

Candidates must hold the following:
* Sea Kayak Award or be of the equivalent ability

*Open to all ages

Intro to Whitewater Safety 

The aim of this training course is to support paddlers to become effective group members on Grade 2 rivers. 

Suitable for paddlers starting out on their Whitewater Paddling.
